IMMUNIZATIONS

To get immunizations, vaccines or shots, contact your doctor, health plan, a Community Health Center in your area, or your county's Health Department Immunization Program Office. The statewide Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS), Immunization Program provides detailed factual information about immunizations.

Other Helpful Information:

• The Vaccines for Children Program provides immunizations for little or no cost to eligible infants, children and teenagers (up through 18 years of age).
